PRIVACY
NOTICE.
A clear explanation of what this website collects and why.
Information you provide
If you join the Kaotik Kris email list, the site stores your email address, optional first name, signup source, consent time and version, confirmation time and subscription status. Confirmation and unsubscribe secrets are stored only as one-way cryptographic hashes. Booking inquiries sent by email are handled by the email provider you choose to use.
How it is used
Email-list information is used to send artist news, show announcements, music releases, merchandise updates and occasional booking-related news. It is not sold. The store is currently a made-to-order concept preview and does not collect card or payment information.
Service providers and storage
The website is hosted through Cloudflare infrastructure. Newsletter records are stored in Cloudflare D1, Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent automated abuse, and Resend is the planned transactional delivery provider for confirmation and artist-update email. Embedded playback loads a player from SoundCloud, Mixcloud or YouTube only for the active selection and is governed by that provider's privacy terms. YouTube uses its privacy-enhanced embed domain. These processors receive only the data needed to provide their service. Other external music, social and ticket links are governed by their own privacy policies.
Your choices
Every marketing message should include an unsubscribe link. You may also request access, correction or deletion by emailing booking@kaotikkris.com. Reasonable identity verification may be required before fulfilling a request.
Retention and security
Unconfirmed signup links expire after 24 hours. Active subscriber records are retained while the subscription remains active. Suppression status may be retained after unsubscribe so the site can honor that choice; unnecessary confirmation secrets are removed. Reasonable technical safeguards are used, but no internet system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children and updates
This site is not directed to children under 13. This notice may be updated when the website, mailing tools or legal requirements change; the revision date above will be updated.
